Job Title: Project Manager II Location: Remote Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to manage medium to high-complexity IT and business projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies. The candidate will coordinate multiple delivery teams and vendors, manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and issues, and ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and track project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. Coordinate geographically distributed teams and multiple vendors. Communicate project status and updates to IT and business leadership. Support the Project Leadership Team (PLT) and ensure timely project delivery. Maintain project documentation, reports, and required artifacts. Required Skills: 8+ years of project management experience. Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) tools. Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, and project timelines.
