Project Support Coordinator
About the role
- Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track jobs assigned to the SMEs.
- Follow up with technicians, contractors and internal teams to ensure jobs stay on track.
- Manage scheduling and outstanding actions.
- Maintain visibility of open jobs, priorities and deadlines.
- Ensure the required information is available before work commences.
- Keep SMEs updated on progress and escalate delays or blockers.
- Support coordination of deployments, site activity and technical work.
- Maintain accurate documentation and job trackers.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
- Provide general administrative support to the SME team.
Key prerequisites:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Comfortable working across technical, operational and customer-facing teams.
- Experience in coordination, administration, field service or project support would be advantageous.
- QSR, technology or field-service experience would be a bonus, but is not essential.
