Job Description
Quiñónez Agency is looking for an ambitious, coachable individual interested in developing the skills needed to potentially own and operate an insurance agency in the future. This structured, 9–12-month development program provides practical exposure to insurance sales, customer service, business operations, leadership, and agency performance. Participants will learn through coaching, supervised responsibilities, measurable milestones, and real business experience. Completion does not guarantee an agency ownership opportunity; future opportunities depend on performance, licensing, eligibility, and availability. This is a development position, not a promise of agency ownership. Compensation, duties, and licensing expectations will be confirmed in the offer.

Responsibilities Participate in structured training and regular coaching sessions. Learn personal lines, commercial lines, life insurance, and client relationship fundamentals. Develop communication, prospecting, follow-up, and sales skills. Learn agency workflows, service standards, and compliance expectations. Complete assigned projects and meet development milestones. Review sales activity, customer experience, and agency performance metrics. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment. Prepare for potential future agency ownership opportunities through approved development pathways.
Requirements
Strong interest in entrepreneurship, insurance, sales, and leadership. Coachable, disciplined, accountable, and comfortable receiving feedback. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn insurance licensing requirements and obtain required licenses when applicable. Ability to work in the Norman office and participate in scheduled training. Commitment to the full 9–12-month program. Must meet all applicable eligibility requirements for any future agency opportunity.
