Provider Relations Specialist

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Provider Relations Specialist to work remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Military OneSource mission. The Military OneSource Program provides 24/7 support services for military members and their families, similar to a commercial Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides a broad array of information, resources, education, referrals, and counseling to about 4.7 million participants which includes military service members, their families, and eligible civilians at locations worldwide. The Military OneSource program serves as a “one source” for resource and information encompassing a comprehensive support system.

The Provider Relations Specialist serves as a central point of contact for a large network of behavioral health counselors, providing real-time administrative and operational support to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. This role is responsible for assisting counselors with administrative, procedural, and documentation-related inquiries, enabling them to effectively complete assigned tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet program requirements. The position plays a critical role in enhancing provider experience, reducing administrative burden, and ensuring alignment with program standards and timelines.

  • Develop and maintain reference materials, FAQs, and job aids to support counselors in navigating program requirements.
  • Ensure timely, professional, and customer-focused communication with all providers.

Basic Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in navigating electronic systems, computer programs, and virtual service platforms.
  • Proficiency within provider portals, and standard office software.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize projects and have excellent time management skills.

  • U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required.
