Senior React Frontend Engineer (React.js | Next.js | Python FastAPI) Company: TekServs Cons LLC Employment Type: TekServs Cons W2 Only Experience Required: 6–8+ Years of Real-Time Industry Experience Work Model: Hybrid/Onsite (Based on Client Requirements) Job Summary TekServs Cons LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior React Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in modern React development and working knowledge of Python FastAPI. This role is primarily focused on frontend engineering, with approximately 70–80% React/Next.js development and 20–30% Python FastAPI backend development and API integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications using React.js and Next.js, implementing Micro Frontend architecture, building server-side rendered applications, and integrating scalable backend services developed using Python FastAPI. Candidates must possess strong real-time project experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following modern frontend architecture principles.
• Develop applications using Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) with Next.js.
• Design and implement Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture for scalable enterprise applications.
• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
• Utilize TanStack Query (React Query) for efficient server-state management, caching, synchronization, and API optimization.
• Manage application state using Zustand.
• Integrate frontend applications with Python FastAPI backend services.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs using Python FastAPI.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers to define API contracts and optimize frontend-backend communication.
• Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, and rendering optimizations.
• Participate in application architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented production-quality code.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve application defects efficiently.
• Work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing, integration testing, and peer reviews.

Interview Process Round 1: 15–20 minute technical screening with the TekServs Cons technical team. Round 2: 30–60 minute technical interview with the direct client or implementation partner. Final Round: Client discussion (if required). Employment Requirements
