Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Atlanta area Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions Develop and maintain a network of clients, realtors, and industry professionals Prepare and review necessary documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate guidance
Qualifications
