Recruiter
Careerscape is a recruiting firm placing talent across technical and professional roles — from cleared defense and intelligence engineering positions (systems, software, DevOps, RF/hardware) to corporate and finance roles. We're growing, and we're looking for a driven, full-cycle Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates across our open roles. This is a remote role. We'd especially love someone in the New York / New Jersey metro area, but we're open to strong candidates anywhere. What you'll do Own the full recruiting cycle — source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through to placement Build and maintain talent pipelines across a variety of roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and our ATS Learn each role's requirements quickly and represent them accurately to candidates Keep candidates engaged and the pipeline moving, and hit weekly activity goals What we're looking for: Recruiting or sourcing experience (agency / full-desk a plus) Comfortable working a range of roles and picking up technical requirements fast Knowledge of technical and/or cleared (TS/SCI) defense and IC recruiting is a big plus, but not required Self-motivated, organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment Compensation: Full-time, remote $1,000/month base stipend plus uncapped, performance-based commission on placements
