Medicare Referral Program Earn $25–$100 Per Eligible Referral Referral Payouts $25 per enrollment: Current Medicare beneficiaries renewing coverage or enrolling in a Prescription Drug Plan (PDP), subject to program eligibility. $100 per enrollment: Individuals newly eligible for Medicare or who have never previously enrolled in a Medicare Advantage (MA/MAPD) plan, subject to program eligibility. Payment Schedule Payments are split into two installments: 50% after enrollment: The first half is paid once enrollment is completed and verified. 50% when coverage begins: The remaining half is paid when the plan's effective date arrives. Example: 5 eligible enrollments at $25 each Total earnings: $125 First payment: $62.50 after enrollment 1-5 days Second payment: $62.50 when the plans become effective as soon as next month 1st-5th Payments are split into two installments: 50% after enrollment: The first half is paid once the enrollment is completed and verified. 50% when coverage begins: The remaining half is paid when the plan’s effective date arrives.
