About the Role
We’re looking for three motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Managers to lead sales efforts across the Southwestern, Eastern, and Midwestern United States. These remote roles are ideal for self-starters who thrive on building relationships, driving revenue, and supporting both direct accounts and distribution channels. Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales revenue to meet assigned targets. Prospect and secure new accounts within the designated territory. Manage direct accounts to increase business volume and profitability. Support distributor sales teams with strategy, planning, and training. Participate in trade shows, industry meetings, and training conferences. Stay informed on new products, services, and market trends. Monitor and report on competitive activity. Troubleshoot product-related issues and handle customer inquiries. Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and document sales activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Sales, Marketing, or Business 4+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in a STEM field ERP experience preferred (i.e., Sage, SAP) Strong CRM experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel 50% domestically Why Join Us?
