[Remote] 2 iOS Mobile DevOps Engineer + 1 Android Mobile DevOps Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Value Innovation Labs is hiring three Mobile DevOps Engineers to support its iOS and Android development environments. The roles focus on improving mobile build systems and pipelines, troubleshooting performance issues, and strengthening CI/CD processes through scripting and related tooling.
Responsibilities
- Android build performance and troubleshooting
- Memory management related to builds
- Ability to diagnose build pipeline performance issues
- The iOS side needs engineers who have actually worked with and improved the build environment, not developers who merely interacted with CI because they had to
- Ability to identify better approaches than the team’s existing solutions
Skills
- Must be in Texas
- Deep understanding of the Android build system , particularly:
- Gradle , including how it actually works under the hood
- Android build performance and troubleshooting
- Memory management related to builds
- Git
- GitLab / CI
- Strong scripting
- Bash and/or Python
- Ability to diagnose build pipeline performance issues
- Engineers who have actually worked with and improved the build environment, not developers who merely interacted with CI because they had to
