[Remote] 340B Program Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Centinela Hospital Medical Center is hiring a 340B Program Analyst for Saint Francis Hospital. The role is responsible for monitoring and operating 340B program services, testing and evaluating program activity, reporting findings, and analyzing data to support regulatory and policy compliance.
Responsibilities
- The 340B Program Analyst is responsible for daily monitoring and operation of 340B program services. This individual will be involved in testing, evaluating, and reporting activity for the 340B program, working to optimize program benefits in a compliant manner. The role requires extensive review of data collection and analysis to ensure compliance with 340B regulations and system policies and procedures
Skills
- Candidate must have experience in Pharmacy operations, hold a current Illinois Pharmacy Tech License, 340B experience, and the ability to travel onsite to Chicagoland hospitals.
- 1. High school diploma, GED, or Associates degree required
- 2. Current state Pharmacy Technician License
- 3. 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician required (ideally in a hospital pharmacy setting)
- 4. Familiarity with 340B program operations, with an understanding of buyer or inventory coordinator functions required
- 5. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and pharmacy purchasing required
- 6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- 2. Ability to navigate EMR systems in acute care and ambulatory care settings, as well as pharmacy management software preferred
