Remote Account ManagerInsight Global is looking for a Remote Account Manager to join a large Freight and Transportation company.You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.This role requires a proactive, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about delivering tailored transportation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue within existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, carrier relations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions.Conduct regular client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to review performance, address concerns, and present new offerings.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.Skills and RequirementsQualifications3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Familiarity with freight brokerageBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred..
