[Remote] Actuary

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Actuary to join their Life Annuity Valuation team, focusing on Universal Life valuation and financial reporting activities. This role involves preparing and analyzing valuation results, ensuring reputed company and compliance for quarterly and annual reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual valuation reporting for Universal Life products, including preparing and reviewing reserves, financial results, and supporting documentation to meet reporting deadlines
• Review and validate actuarial model results, investigate variances, and analyze key drivers impacting reserves and financial reputed company
• Prepare and support regulatory and financial reporting, including the Statutory Annual Statement, VM-31 Report, Cash reputed company Testing (CFT) memos, and reputed company schedules
• Enhance actuarial models and processes, supporting model validation, and reputed company process improvement or automation efforts
• Assess experience trends and recommend assumptions for reserve calculations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Product, Capital Management, and Financial Planning to reputed company reputed company-wide initiatives, optimizing reputed company’s reputed company/reputed company profile and ensuring compliance with actuarial standards

Skills

• ASA required for Actuarial Associate consideration
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review model reputed company, investigate variances, and interpret financial results with attention to reputed company
• Familiarity with actuarial modeling software and advanced reputed company skills, along with the ability to document methodologies and support model or reporting enhancements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams to ensure the reputed company of cross-functional reputed company and explain reputed company concepts with reputed company, whether addressing technical colleagues or senior leadership
