[Remote] Admissions Representative (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. StrataTech Education Group provides specialized skilled-trade education through its career schools. The National Remote Admissions Representative recruits, interviews, enrolls, and assists with relocating prospective students who live more than 100 miles from a campus, guiding them through the virtual admissions process while coordinating campus placement and enrollment documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to prospective students located more than 100 miles from campus
- Conduct structured initial calls using consultative sales methodology
- Set same-day or next-day virtual interview appointments whenever possible
- Conduct virtual interviews via approved platforms
- Build urgency toward enrollment within a 2–4 month start window
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to drive appointment attendance and enrollment
- Execute professional virtual presentations of programs, career pathways, and student outcomes
- Maintain compliance in all disclosures and enrollment documentation
- Identify appropriate campus placement based on program availability, student goals, and capacity
- Educate students on relocation expectations, housing options, and transition timelines
- Coordinate with campus partners to ensure smooth homebase transfers
- Ensure enrollment agreements are accurately completed and assigned to the correct start date and campus
- Maintain proper contract placement aligned with approved start objectives
