Skills
- 8–15+ years of overall program/project management experience, with at least 3–5 years specifically in EMS, SCADA, DMS, or utility/energy sector technology implementations
- Proven track record of delivering large, complex, multi-vendor technology programs on time and within budget
- Experience managing implementations involving real-time data systems, industrial control systems, or critical infrastructure
- Prior experience working with utilities, energy companies, industrial manufacturers, or large enterprise facilities (any of these backgrounds is valuable)
