[Remote] AdTech Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SiiRA is seeking its first dedicated Project Manager to coordinate product development, partner integrations, and cross-functional delivery. The role owns project planning, sprint and release coordination, partner communication, intake processes, roadmap alignment, and leadership visibility across a fast-moving technical organization.
Responsibilities
- Run sprint ceremonies, track cross-team dependencies, and own status reporting so engineers can stay focused on building
- Own pull request, release, and deployment coordination, keeping delivery smooth as review volume grows
- Own scheduling, follow-up, and status visibility for partner integrations and production
- Work directly with partners to drive production issues to resolution, keeping engineering focused on the roadmap
- Protect and track integration timelines as partner integrations grow more technically complex
- Maintain a current view of partner and vendor relationships and key contacts, and share it out on a regular cadence
- Build and own a consistent process for intake, documentation, and cross-department communication, so work gets scoped once and moves cleanly from idea to launch
- Partner with product leadership to keep roadmap and strategy front and center, taking coordination and testing logistics onto your plate
- Establish coordination as a lasting, well-run function with a clear owner and a rhythm teams can count on
- Prep, run, and drive follow-up on cross-team alignment meetings and action items
- Serve as the single point of contact for client-side PMs, keeping communication clear and scope well defined
- Give leadership a big-picture, cross-team view of status
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in software development project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience managing large, complex software development projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical understanding of software development processes and technologies
- Comfortable owning both technical coordination (sprints, releases, dependencies) and partner-facing coordination (scheduling, follow-up, relationship tracking)
- Able to work across Product, Engineering, and external partners, and to bring order to ambiguous, cross-team processes
- Self-directed and comfortable being the first dedicated PM hire — building process rather than just following it
- Proven project or program management experience in a fast-moving technical environment; AdTech, CTV, media, or software delivery background strongly preferred
