Responsibilities
- Build production-ready software, workflows, automations, or platforms using AI-native development practices
- Direct AI agents to generate code, documentation, workflows, tests, and automation while maintaining ownership of technical quality
- Validate AI-generated work through testing, debugging, peer review, and engineering judgment
- Design reliable systems that anticipate failures, recover gracefully, and provide meaningful operational visibility
- Replace repetitive manual processes with intelligent automation wherever practical
- Document architectures, workflows, technical decisions, and operational procedures
- Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, data, and business teams
- Continuously improve engineering practices by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization
- Escalate technical risks with clear recommendations and proposed solutions
- Design multi-agent workflows
- Build intelligent business process automation
- Develop orchestration logic across campaign and operational systems
- Improve workflow reliability, monitoring, and resilience
- Develop new software products and platform capabilities
- Build reusable services and internal tools
- Create automated testing strategies
- Improve developer productivity through AI-assisted workflows
- Build enterprise APIs and integrations
- Connect internal systems with external platforms
- Design authentication and secure data exchange

Skills
- Experience using AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms as part of your primary engineering workflow
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated solutions and identify issues related to correctness, security, performance, and maintainability
- Experience building software or automation deployed in real-world production environments
- Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and modern software architecture
- Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging technologies
