[Remote] AI Delivery Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Swoon is recruiting an AI Delivery Program Manager for an American data analytics company. The role will lead end-to-end delivery across multiple technology initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple technology initiatives, ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget
- Partner with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, SREs, and Finance teams to align priorities and remove roadblocks
- Drive monthly steering committee meetings—presenting clear, executive-level updates on timelines, risks, and key decisions
- Translate complex technical concepts into concise, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Track and manage program budgets (experience with multi-million dollar portfolios preferred)
Skills
- 7+ years of program management experience
- Experience within the legal industry
- Data science experience
- Experience leading multiple large projects at once
- Proficiency with project management tools (ADO, Excel, Monday.com)
- Some people leadership experience preferred
- Experience with multi-million dollar portfolios preferred
