- • You keep up. New models, new patterns, new tooling, weekly
- • Your agent work sits on real engineering fundamentals, and interviews confirm it
- • You want to work at the companies defining this wave, from seed to scale
- • Production LLM integration: tool-calling, RAG, evals, observability
- • Strong software fundamentals in TypeScript, Python, or Go
- • Shipped agentic products or serious agentic side projects
- • Links to anything agentic you've built
- • Experience at a startup or high-bar engineering org is a plus
