[Remote] AI Engineer/Architect
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Programmers.io is seeking an AI Architect/Senior AI Engineer for a client with global operations. The role leads the end-to-end AI Product Development Lifecycle for a five-person delivery pod, provides architectural governance, and serves as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end AI Product Development Lifecycle (AI-PDLC) for a 5-person delivery pod, managing everything from code-graph analysis to production
- You will serve as the single technical point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring architectural governance and high quality bars
Skills
- AWS Bedrock: Mandatory hands-on production deployment experience (not just POCs)
- Leadership: 10+ years in AI/data/software architecture, with recent experience leading GenAI or Agentic AI pods
- Enterprise Delivery: Proven track record managing client communications and escalations for complex, multi-year modernization programs
- Domain Expertise: Architecture governance in regulated environments
- Financial Services/Capital Markets experience is highly preferred
