[Remote] AI & GCP Program Manager

The AI & GCP Program Manager will lead end-to-end AI and cloud transformation programs, managing roadmaps, risks, milestones, and multiple concurrent workstreams. The role will also establish PMO governance, coordinate executive reporting, and manage relationships with senior leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Cloud transformation programs
- Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
- Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology teams, and delivery organizations
- Establish and maintain strong PMO governance processes
- Drive program reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting
- Monitor program health through dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs, and status reports
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Engage and influence senior leadership, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients
- Act as the primary escalation point for program issues and risks
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders
- Provide clear communication and executive-level presentations on program progress
