The company is seeking an AI Agent Program Manager to manage complex, cross-functional AI and technology programs, coordinate stakeholders and priorities, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Skills
- • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- • 8+ years of Program Management, Product Management, Technology Consulting, or related experience
- • Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs
- • Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- • Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
- • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies
- • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
- • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification
- • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar AI/automation platforms
- • Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- • Experience driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and change management initiatives
- • Familiarity with data analytics, KPI development, and ROI measurement
- • Experience partnering with senior leadership to define and execute strategic technology initiatives
