[Remote] AI SETA Systems Engineer/Remote

Apetan Consulting LLC is seeking an AI SETA Systems Engineer to provide technical and systems engineering support for AI-enabled systems and related projects. The role focuses on requirements analysis, system integration, testing, technical documentation, performance monitoring, and coordination with AI/ML and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and integration of AI-enabled systems
- Analyze and document system and technical requirements
- Support integration of AI/ML models with software, hardware, and data systems
- Assist with system testing, validation, verification, and troubleshooting
- Work with AI/ML, software, systems, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Support system architecture, interface definition, and technical trade-off studies
- Monitor system performance and assist with identifying areas for improvement
- Prepare technical documentation, test plans, reports, and engineering specifications
- Support system demonstrations, evaluations, and customer technical reviews
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering, security, and quality standards
Skills
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts and development lifecycle
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications
- Familiarity with software development, APIs, databases, and system integration
- Knowledge of Python or similar programming/scripting languages
- Understanding of data processing, model deployment, and testing concepts
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good technical communication and documentation skills
