[Remote] Americas - Program Manager

Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead its Context Engine program, a governed enterprise data foundation spanning ingestion, semantic modeling, metadata management, and runtime access. The role is responsible for program planning, technical delivery decisions, dependency and risk management, release cadence, and coordination with engineering leads, design partners, and early adopters.
Responsibilities
- Own the Context Engine program plan end-to-end, including workstream decomposition and delivery tracking
- Engage with engineering leads to understand technical scope and drive resolution of blockers
- Define and enforce program-level delivery processes and manage cross-program dependencies
- Drive the program toward a high-frequency, incremental release cadence
- Manage program-level risk and maintain an authoritative tracking artifact
- Lead design partner and early adopter coordination and represent program status in leadership reviews
- Contribute to program management practice development
Skills
- * 10 years of technical program management experience in the tech industry
- * Deep technical fluency in data platform, data infrastructure, or AI/ML systems
- * Experience driving programs with a high degree of ambiguity and cross-team dependency management
- * Strong command of delivery frameworks and exceptional communication skills
- * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline
- * Experience with governed data platforms, semantic layers, or AI/ML infrastructure programs
- * Familiarity with agentic AI architectures or enterprise data foundation patterns
- * Experience managing design partner or early adopter programs in a B2B software context
- * PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification; SAFe or comparable agile framework experience
- * Advanced degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field
