[Remote] Analyst I

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Petauri is a healthcare consulting and solutions organization focused on improving patient outcomes and helping life sciences organizations navigate healthcare challenges. The Analyst I will collect, analyze, verify, and organize Medicaid pharmacy data, maintain databases, monitor policy changes, and support internal teams with accurate data. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to occasional company-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Research and transfer data from Medicaid pharmacy websites into computer files or database systems
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain databases to store and organize data
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested from internal executives
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Monitor changes in Medicaid policies and regulations
• Understand and apply research processes and guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient work execution
• Travel as needed for company related events
• Professional development as needed
• Provide support across various functions and contributing to tasks outside of primary responsibilities as needed to support team objectives

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree in related field
• * Strong analytical and research skills
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• * Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• * Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred
• * Experience as data entry clerk, pharmacy clerk or pharmacy technician. #LI-Remote
