[Remote] Analytics Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking an Analytics Consultant to support enterprise data analytics, business intelligence, and data strategy initiatives. The role focuses on data profiling, requirements gathering, KPI and semantic layer governance, data quality, metadata management, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise reporting.
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Strategy, or Data Management
- Expert-level SQL for data profiling, analysis, validation, and reconciliation (tie-outs)
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications
- Experience designing and governing KPI, metric, and semantic layer definitions
- Strong source-to-target mapping and data dictionary documentation experience
- Deep understanding of metadata management and golden-record concepts
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead discovery sessions, workshops, and executive-facing discussions
- Experience driving data quality, governance, and enterprise reporting initiatives
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
- Denials Management
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Underpayments
- Coding & Assurance
- Patient Pay / Insurance Discovery
- Experience building semantic layers and enterprise metrics frameworks
- Business Intelligence and dashboarding experience
- Exposure to Snowflake Cortex or AI-driven analytics solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional analytics or data transformation programs
- Data governance and master data management experience
