[Remote] Analytics Specialist

The Analytics Specialist will lead analytics implementation and reporting, configure tracking platforms, build dashboards, advise clients on data strategy and compliance, and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for multiple client websites and campaigns
- Develop and manage Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) dashboards to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Implement and maintain tracking pixels across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other advertising platforms
- Participate in strategy sessions to understand client objectives and translate them into measurable analytics solutions
- Audit existing tracking implementations and recommend enhancements to improve data accuracy
- Implement cookie consent solutions to ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Document analytics configurations and implementation processes for client transparency
- Stay current with analytics trends, tools, and industry best practices to provide innovative client solutions
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless implementation of tracking requirements
- Support reporting and analytics needs across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other marketing channels
Skills
- • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business/Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics/Finance, or a related field
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including expertise with GA4
- • Experience creating dashboards in Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) or similar business intelligence tools
- • Experience creating and maintaining tracking pixels in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Bing Ads Manager, and similar advertising platforms
- • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and calculated metrics
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
- • Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance best practices
- • Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and other data manipulation tools preferred
- • Knowledge of web content management systems and digital marketing platforms preferred
- • Experience working in Agile project environments preferred
- • Exposure to additional analytics platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, or Adobe Analytics preferred
