[Remote] Application Engineer

Amphenol Procom is a leading global provider of robust wireless communication infrastructure products and is seeking an RF specialist who loves solving technical challenges and building customer relationships. As an Application Engineer, you'll be the technical expert behind telecom solutions, partnering with the sales team and working directly with clients.
Responsibilities
- Support business development by identifying and growing new opportunities in the RF space
- Join Sales Managers on customer visits, and represent us at trade shows and industry events
- Serve as the subject matter expert on RF systems — antennas, filters, and combiners
- Deliver pre-sales support: demos, presentations, and technical workshops
- Translate complex RF concepts into clear, accessible language for customers
- Bridge customers and our internal R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Feed customer insights back into product development to drive quality and reliability
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field
- 2–4 years in technical sales, supporting commercial teams
- Hands-on experience with RF systems — antennas, filters, and combiners
- Strong knowledge of antenna design, applications, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment
