[Remote] Associate Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tredence Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager to support business analytics and data-driven solutions. The role involves analyzing data, developing machine learning models and automated pipelines, managing experiments and cloud technologies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and presenting findings to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and develop business solutions
- Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making
- Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to evaluate marketing strategies, business performance, and user behavior
- Utilize statistical methods and machine learning models to support forecasting and performance optimization
- Design and execute controlled experiments (A/B testing) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and business initiatives
- Develop and implement automated data pipelines and reporting systems using cloud-based platforms
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate cloud computing and big data technologies for large-scale data analytics and reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, engineering, and business operations, to develop scalable solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews and present analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management and tracking tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Engineering (any), or related field PLUS three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related position
- Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: SQL; Python; R; Apache Airflow; Google Cloud Platform; Big Query; DataProc; Adobe Analytics; Apache Spark; Jira; AB Testing, and; Machine Learning (Classification, Regression)
- Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30%, as required
