[Remote] Associate Pricing Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Loadsmart is an innovative logistics technology company focused on reinventing freight transportation through technology. The Associate Pricing Analyst will manage customer contract requests and the RFP and bid process, including analysis, pricing feedback, submissions, pipeline tracking, and collaboration with sales, account management, carrier sales, pricing strategy, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support sales and operations teams with RFP and bid management for new and incumbent customers
- Update and track our progress on initiatives through various internal systems
- Coordinate directly with sales if there are questions/ issues that need to be brought up with the customer
- Run point on final bid submission to third party portals in collaboration with assigned Account Manager
- Daily management of RFP pipeline document from pre-bid activities, to initial bid intake, to internal review process with assigned account manager
- Assist with customer mini-bids in collaboration with account managers when requested
- Assist in bulk spot pricing requests and other contract-related adhoc analyses as needed
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a fast paced, results driven role
- Working with process or bid management
- Managing strong communication and organization skills
- Working in a high-pressure deadline driven environment
- Managing advanced Microsoft excel / Google Sheets skills alongside and within groups to maintain a collaborative work environment
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Transportation/logistics background is a plus
