[Remote] Associate Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bishop-McCann is a global event and experience agency that designs and delivers meaningful moments for clients. The Associate Program Manager will manage client programs and event elements, coordinate internal teams and vendors, recommend attendee experience technology solutions, and oversee budgets, reconciliations, reporting, and onsite execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships by building trust and delivering a high level of customer service
• Oversee and manage all program elements, including site visits, hotel sourcing, room blocks, creative, production, travel, onsite management, vendor partnerships, and staffing
• Ensure operational processes and procedures are followed and meet or exceed program deadlines
• Use expertise to craft solutions, assist with, and recommend attendee experience technology on assigned programs
• Provide ongoing, clear direction and communication to clients and all team members, including vendor partners
• Develop and manage program budgets and meet client budget requirements
• Maintain cost savings and avoidance data to maximize program value
• Deliver final reconciliations within client timelines
• Provide post-program evaluation feedback and thorough trip reports
