Remote BCBA Supervisor - Spanish Speaking preferredJoin to apply for the Remote BCBA Supervisor - Spanish Speaking preferred role at Constellation Health ServicesGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Job DescriptionThe BCBA is responsible for development, implementation, ongoing evaluation, and overall management of behavior analytic programs for assigned home-based clients.Responsibilities also include ongoing supervision and training of behavior technicians assigned to implement one-on-one programming for assigned clients.Constellation BCBAs are highly motivated, intricately organized, passionate, and collaborative team players that exemplify the mission and values of the organization at large.Position QualificationsMasters in Applied Behavior Analysis or related fieldBCBA certified in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)State LicensureBACB Required 8-hour supervision trainingStrong organization and communication skills are required.Responsibilities include :Develop behavior analytic programming based on formal assessment and observation for assigned clientsMonitor and modify programming based on client performanceIdentify assessment needs at intake and reauthorizationConduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2)Make clinical recommendations based on assessment results addressing ASD symptoms per DSM-VCollaborate with colleagues to ensure departmental excellenceMaintain documentation and data collectionDetermine and ensure availability of equipment / materialsDevelop and modify programming materials as neededRequest clinical guidance when necessaryComplete reports timely and thoroughlyProvide direct services to clients as neededSupervise behavior technicians weeklyConsult with schools and organizations as assignedComplete and submit documentation promptlyConduct staff training as assignedPerform other duties as assignedAdditional DetailsSeniority level :Mid-Senior levelEmployment type :Full-timeJob function :Education and TrainingIndustries :Hospitals and Health CareThis job is active and accepting applications.J-18808-Ljbffr.
