[Remote] Behavior Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dexian is a provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. The Behavioral Scientist will apply behavioral science to improve client guidance, advise senior leaders, and develop solutions that influence decision-making across the firm. The role will also lead research, experimentation, and enterprise design initiatives to support data-driven business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Apply behavioral science principles to enhance how we deliver holistic advice and guidance to clients
- Guide senior leaders in setting the strategic direction and vision for key areas
- Consult with business areas to develop effective solutions, using behavioral insights to influence decision-making and improve behaviors across the firm
- Design and consult on research methodologies to address firm-wide business issues, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Lead and advocate for experimentation as a key business process, providing guidance on the design of experimental interventions to drive data-based decision-making
- Support the strategy creation and execution of Enterprise Design, providing thought leadership to better serve clients and align with business objectives
Skills
- • Master's degree in a relevant social science field (e.g., psychology, organizational behavior, behavioral finance, economics) or equivalent work experience
- • Doctorate preferred
