[Remote] BPR Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ECS is seeking a BPR Analyst to help establish a unified work tracking and reporting framework across a CIO’s office, divisions, and directorates. The role will design standardized processes, translate them into a Jira implementation, and support governance, stakeholder adoption, and change management.
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in business process reengineering or organizational process design, ideally within a large, multi-layered organization (government, government contracting, or large enterprise)
- Experience designing or standardizing work tracking, intake, or reporting processes that roll up across multiple organizational levels (team to program to portfolio/executive)
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; able to run working sessions with both executive stakeholders and working-level team leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document a framework clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience translating strategic or executive intent into actionable, implementable technical requirements
- Comfort operating in a federal or federal-contracting environment, including familiarity with how CIO organizations are typically structured
- Bachelor's Degree
