Compass Group USA is hiring an AirisOne Business Development Director to grow adoption of its Managed Services Platform with existing and new clients. The role builds and advances sales opportunities, drives revenue and margin growth, supports commercial positioning, and partners with Hub leadership and cross-functional teams to bring managed services solutions to market.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and margin growth for AirisOne offerings across existing and prospective clients
- Build, manage, and advance a robust pipeline of opportunities in partnership with sector and Hub leadership
- Develop and support sales materials, value propositions, and commercial messaging that clearly position Hub capabilities
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, technology, analytics, and service leaders to package and commercialize solutions
- Communicate effectively across the organization to align stakeholders, advance opportunities, and support execution
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial growth
- Strong financial and business acumen, with experience driving revenue and margin growth
- Proven track record of building pipelines, advancing complex sales opportunities, and consistently delivering results
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Practical, solution-oriented thinker with strong judgment and a common-sense approach
- Preferably in facilities management, integrated services, procurement, supply chain, or managed services
