[Remote] Business Development & GTM Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Geom is building an AI platform that automates production-scale architectural work. The Business Development & GTM Lead will help develop and execute go-to-market strategies, support early customer accounts, drive business development, and build a repeatable sales pipeline and commercialization engine.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with our founding team, you will help develop and execute go-to-market strategies, assist early customer accounts, drive business development efforts, and expand the sales pipeline for initial products and services
- This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape our commercial strategy, deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers, and develop a repeatable go to market engine
Skills
- 2–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, strategy, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree required
- Entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and eager to learn and grow quickly
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Interest in AI, B2B technology, and building an early-stage company
- MBA is a plus
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, homebuilding, construction technology, or an early-stage startup
