[Remote] Business Development Manager | Outside Sales (B2B)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Plastek is hiring a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth by identifying and acquiring new B2B customers. The role focuses on building customer relationships, developing sales opportunities, closing business, and growing recurring revenue for card products.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities throughout the United States
- Prospect and establish relationships with hotels, resorts, casinos, hospitality groups, retailers, and other businesses
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Develop relationships with purchasing managers, procurement teams, and corporate decision-makers
- Present Plastek's products, pricing advantages, and customized solutions
- Collaborate with our internal team on quotations, product specifications, manufacturing timelines, and order fulfillment
- Negotiate and close new business opportunities
- Develop long-term accounts that generate recurring revenue
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities for expansion
Skills
- Direct professional experience in the card printing industry is mandatory
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience involving printed plastic cards, hotel key cards, gift cards, loyalty cards, membership cards, or similar card products
- Demonstrated success generating new business and closing deals
- Working knowledge of card printing specifications, production processes, pricing, and manufacturing lead times
- Experience prospecting independently and developing new customer relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing an independent sales pipeline
- Card printing industry experience is required
- Existing customer relationships within the hospitality, gaming, retail, or corporate procurement industries
- Experience selling RFID cards or other specialized card products
- Established relationships with purchasing managers, distributors, or corporate decision-makers
