[Remote] Catalog Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis is seeking a Catalog Data Analyst for a fully remote role supporting catalog operations for new merchants. The analyst will build, update, standardize, analyze, and validate catalog data, resolve data quality issues, manage ticket queues, and collaborate with team members to support successful merchant onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support the New Verticals Catalog team with end-to-end catalog build and update processes for new merchants
• Work from assigned ticket queues and follow established SOPs to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Use spreadsheets and internal tools to standardize, analyze, and prepare catalog data for upload
• Validate completed catalog work and ensure accuracy before submission
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues
• Escalate blockers and exceptions as needed to help meet turnaround time and service level expectations
• Organize and analyze large datasets using spreadsheets
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Effectively manage workload, priorities, and ticket queues
• Quickly learn new processes and adapt to changing requirements
• Follow detailed instructions and execute tasks with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth catalog operations and successful merchant onboarding
