[Remote] Client Consultant - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Fine Agency is an insurance brokerage that helps clients evaluate coverage options and make informed financial decisions. The Client Consultant will guide prospective clients through insurance options, conduct virtual consultations, maintain client communications and records, and complete required training and licensing.
Responsibilities
- Learn company products, systems, and sales processes
- Follow up with prospective clients who have requested information
- Conduct client consultations via phone and Zoom
- Explain available coverage options and answer questions
- Maintain communication between internal teams and clients
- Document activity and maintain records within CRM systems
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training
- Maintain licensing and compliance requirements
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and CRM software
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple client conversations
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
- Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain with support)
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
