[Remote] Client Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optomi is partnering with a leading technology-sector organization on a large-scale regulated compliance and operational transformation initiative. The Project Manager will lead the initiative’s initial phase, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage project governance and dependencies, and maintain compliance and executive readiness throughout the transition.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated master schedule, milestone plan, and readiness checklist across all workstreams
• Drive weekly project governance, including risk, action, and decision reviews
• Coordinate the baseline to ensure decisions are grounded in an approved source of truth
• Manage cross-functional execution across various departments including Legal, Finance, HR, and more
• Prepare executive-ready status reporting and maintain audit-ready project documentation

Skills

• • BA/BS degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• • PMP certification and US Citizenship
• • 7+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
• • Experience with executive governance, integrated schedules, and stakeholder communications
