Remote Client Relationship Associate
Position Overview AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Success Representative to work remotely with individuals and families seeking information about insurance protection. You will guide clients through a needs-based process, explain available options, and help create a positive and professional experience from the first conversation through follow-up. We provide warm leads, virtual training, daily support, and an environment designed for motivated professionals who want to build strong communication and client-service skills.
Responsibilities

Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
