Responsibilities
Work with company-provided warm leads Schedule virtual appointments with prospective clients Identify insurance needs through thoughtful conversations Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options Answer client questions and provide helpful guidance Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships Keep accurate records of client interactions Attend regular training and coaching sessions

Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
