[Remote] Clinical Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ModifyHealth builds clinical systems designed to improve outcomes for patients, providers, and the business. The Clinical Data Analyst will analyze healthcare data across EHR, CRM, and operational workflows to identify gaps, improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency, and protect revenue. The role will develop dashboards, investigate root causes, recommend data-driven improvements, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain visibility into no-show rates, visit completion, provider utilization, and billing/reimbursement visibility
- Analyze clinical workflows to identify operational inefficiencies
- Conduct deep dives into patient engagement and retention trends
- Translate data into actionable moves tied to measurable outcomes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across Healthie, CRM, and reporting systems
- Work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations and Engineering to resolve system and data issues
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, healthtech, or clinical operations
- Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency
- Experience working with EHR or clinical data systems
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Healthie experience is a major plus
