About Us:Elior North America is a family of distinct hospitality companies with more than 50 years of industry presence and 15,000 team members united in our passion for food, service, and excellence.We share an appetite for growth, continually reimagining our customers' experiences.Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Clinical Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team remotely.In this rewarding role, you will assess the nutritional needs of patients and residents, implement interventions to enhance nutritional status, and support individual goals for improved quality of life.This position requires 2-4 hours of work for one to two days on weekends primarily focused on consultations.Your Responsibilities:Provide nutrition expertise to healthcare teams and educate patients, residents, and staff.Adhere to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' standards and facility regulations.Collaborate with other departments to improve dining services and nutrition-related problem-solving.Participate in the development and enhancement of quality improvement programs.Qualifications:Must-Haves:Bachelor's degree in nutrition (prior to 2024) or a related field.Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field.Licensure in Louisiana is required.Passage of a national exam administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or relevant eligibility as per the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.Completion of 75 hours of continuing education every five years.Knowledge of regulation standards related to assessments, care planning, and residents' rights.Ability to effectively educate others about nutrition and dietetics.Nice-to-Haves:Experience in healthcare or long-term care settings.Location:This position is remote but serves Baton Rouge, LA.Compensation:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience.About Cura:Cura serves hospitals, senior living centers, and long-term care facilities, ensuring compassionate service and healthy meals to preserve quality of life.Equal Opportunity Statement:Elior North America is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and encourage applications from all backgrounds and abilities.Our commitment is to support employee growth and skill development at every level.Disclaimer:This job description may be subject to change by management as needed.#LI-EB1 #boost.
