[Remote] CLM Application Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Applicantz is hiring a CLM Application Analyst to support the coordination, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a Contract Lifecycle Management system within Legal Operations. The role oversees day-to-day system functionality, develops reports and dashboards, supports system enhancements, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
- Develop ad hoc reports and dashboards to support Legal Operations
- Utilize Icertis or a similar CLM platform to support system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
- Support software improvement initiatives and implementation projects
- Collaborate with Legal Operations and cross-functional teams to improve contract processes and reporting
- Develop analytics, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and related tools
- Support programming and system enhancements using Microsoft technologies, including C# and SQL
- Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
- Icertis configuration and development experience is preferred
- Microsoft C# or other technology stack development experience is a plus
Skills
- Project management experience using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong track record of project management and process optimization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
- Experience with the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform; configuration and development experience preferred
- Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus
- Microsoft C# or other technology stack development experience is a plus
