[Remote] Content & Experience Evaluator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SSi People is a staffing and talent services company focused on delivering strong experiences for consultants, clients, and internal teams. The Content & Experience Evaluator will assess media content and recommendations to improve AI-powered member experiences, validate datasets, and document objective evaluations. The role requires deep knowledge of films, series, genres, and global streaming markets, with collaboration across product, data, and AI teams.
Responsibilities
- Rate, annotate, and review content recommendations and generated text to support training, evaluation, and quality improvement of large language models
- Apply established guidelines and expert judgment to capture nuance, intent, and context within creative content
- Review and validate datasets used in AI and machine-learning workflows for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Document evaluations and rationale in a clear, objective, and concise manner while collaborating with internal partners across product, data, and AI teams
Skills
- Prior experience in media as a writer, editor, content designer, or metadata analyst, or experience as a domain-expert content labeler and AI trainer
- Deep knowledge of films and series across genres, with a strong understanding of the U.S. entertainment industry and the global streaming landscape
- Ability to distinguish nuances within different content genres and distill the essence of a film or series in an objective, concise manner
- Fluency in English with strong conversational writing skills
- Expert in entertainment, LATAM, Telenovelas or K Drama or Turkish entertainment is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
- If not fluent in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese or Korean fluency is preferred
- Experience working with large data catalogs is a plus
