[Remote] Cost Optimization Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Procurement Project Manager will lead the identification, execution, and delivery of company-wide cost savings initiatives as well as other strategic and operational projects that support supply chain objectives
- This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to translate strategic priorities into executable projects and measurable business outcomes
- Owns upward reporting and visibility of cost transformation initiatives, ensuring leadership has clear, timely insight into progress, risks, and financial outcomes
- The position is highly execution-focused, with accountability for governance, delivery, and executive-level communication
Skills
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent
- • Experience: 5–10 years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- • Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- • Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated success leading cost reduction initiatives with a strong ability to interpret complex data and financial impacts
- • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations
- Experience in interconnect, cable, harness, or connector manufacturing is strongly preferred
