Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients using company-provided warm leads Schedule and lead virtual consultations Identify client needs through thoughtful, needs-based conversations Explain insurance coverage options clearly Assist clients in understanding benefits and next steps Follow up professionally and maintain client relationships Keep accurate communication and appointment records Participate in regular coaching and team development
