[Remote] CRA Program Analyst III

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. First Citizens Bank is seeking a CRA Program Analyst III to support its First Line of Defense Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program. The role collaborates with business units and regions to develop goals, strategies, and performance management, while evaluating CRA activities, coordinating volunteer events, and supporting compliance and program administration.

Responsibilities

• CRA Review and Rationale Write-Up - Interpret CRA regulations to review potential community development activities and prepare rationale write-ups that accurately reflect the Bank's activities and impact on communities including verification and cataloguing of necessary documentation
• Analysis - Conduct analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of CRA programs and provide recommendations for improvements
• Volunteer events - Plan and execute on volunteer appreciate events and activities. Provide support and coordinate volunteer event opportunities specific to CRA/Community Development while ensuring adequate coverage
• Support - Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing questions and concerns. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to volunteer management
• Other duties as assigned, such as supporting the annual Assessment Area delineation or Public File maintenance

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years' experience in community reinvestment, program management
• Volunteer Management, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program compliance and examination
