[Remote] Creative Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pacer Group is hiring a Creative Project Manager to support its PMO and Operations department. The role coordinates complex project workflows, manages schedules and deliverables, mitigates delivery risks, and supports projects from initiation through in-market delivery.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrating projects through the project lifecycle by managing schedules, communication, and deliverables for multiple programs and projects
- Proactively partnering with account management and strategists to review client project roadmaps, priorities, and forecasted workloads
- Creating comprehensive project schedules outlining milestones based on scope, timing, deadlines, and allocated resources
- Leading and orchestrating assigned client activities and documentation within the Workfront system from initiation through close-out procedures
- Serving as a process champion by driving efficiency, understanding multi-channel workflows, and cross-training peers on project lifecycles
